Cartmel valley smoked trout, mackerel and salmon – saffron aioli –

avocado salad – winter leaves

Butternut squash sage arancini – tomato aubergine dip  – pea shoots

Smoked duck breast – blood orange – baby watercress – Thai plum dressing

All starters served with warm homemade bread rolls and Winter Tarn butter

Thorn Morr dairy cheese – crispbread – wild and fruity preserve.

  

Blood orange segments - whipped ricotta - walnut butter -
