Starters

Cartmel valley smoked salmon – saffron aioli –

avocado salad – winter leaves

 Mrs Kirkhams twice baked cheese souffle - apple and walnut salad

Smoked duck breast – blood orange – baby watercress – Thai plum dressing

All starters served with warm homemade bread rolls and Winter Tarn butter
 

Main courses

Roast chicken wrapped in Eden Valley pancetta - red wine sauce – dauphinoise potato – roast shallots.

Fillet of Seabass - Harissa potatoes - wilted spinach - herb dressing.

Slow roast aubergine - white bean puree - tamarind sauce.

Smoked salmon blinis and creme Fraiche.

 
Baby mozzarella, basil, and sun-blushed tomatoes. 

 

Starters 
 

Stonehouse smokery rose and cep beef bresaola - apple and celeriac remoulade - pomegranate dressing .

  

Pea and leek fritters - avocado - black garlic ketchup - toasted seeds.    

King scallops – celeriac puree – .pink grapefruit - lemon thyme butter sauce

All starters served with warm homemade bread rolls

and Winter Tarn butter.

Mini soup

Seasonal mini soup to refresh the palete 

Main courses

Caramelised duck breast – Cherry Madeira sauce – dauphinoise potato – buttered spinach - roasted shallots.

Baked Skrei cod fillet   – borlotti bean and chorizo tomato stew –

caramelised endive  – salsa Verdi

Red onion thyme tart tatin – melting Eden valley brie -  white bean stew

Glazed lemon tart – praline – meringue  – winter berries.
