Smooth chicken liver parfait - toasted brioche - onion marmalade - Autumn leaves
Hot falafel scotch egg - whipped herb ricotta - tahini dressing
Smoked trout - potato and chive salad - avocado and grapefruit salad.
All starters are served with homemade bread rolls with butter from Winter Tarn dairy.
