Minimum of 6 people Sunday to Thursday
A minimum of 10 people on Friday and Saturday
This menu will be available to all bookings from 1st September to 30th November 2026
Starters​
Panko coated lamb croquettes - Rose harrissa sauce - crisp parsnips

Appleby creamery Nanny McBrie cheese and spinach warm tartlet - pesto crumble topping - Autumn slaw salad.

Fresh crab meat and celeriac - pickled cucumber - apple and herb salad .

Crispy duck spring rolls with Sriracha Aioli
Warm pumpkin and maple tartlets and toasted pine kernal

Roast Pork belly - Asian style BBQ sauce - sweetcorn and spring onion salsa.

Heritage beetroot - creamed goat curd - sharp blackberries - chicory salad - local runny honey.

Pan-fried king scallops – velvet smooth cauliflower puree - crispy Cumbrian pancetta .
