What service we offer.
The service of a Private Chef I offer is to take care of everything, purchasing the ingredients, preparing the dishes, then I complete the plated service in your kitchen, tidy up the kitchen before leaving. Allowing you to entertain your friends or family which has never been so simple and stress-free.

To make a booking complete the simple booking to confirm your event date, location & estimated numbers of guests for your event and I will get back to you promptly in regards to availability.
Once you have chosen your menu you can email me email@example.com to book then I will send you a secure payment link for your payment for your order securely online.
Once you have selected your menu, a deposit of £20 per person will secure your event.
I will send you a copy of your menu allowing your menu selections to be made, informing me of any dietary or allergen information, the time you would like to dine, and a full event address.
Return your menu choices within 14 days of your event with full payment for your event.

On the day of your event, Julian will arrive at your location at an agreed time normally at least a couple of hours before you eat time with all the food and ingredients. He will take over your kitchen, preparing cooking and serving your menu, and then do a full clean down of your kitchen.
We aim to take the stress out of your event so that you don’t need to worry about anything except putting your favourite music on and enjoying the evening.
Fees, terms, and conditions
We have a minimum number of 6 guests for a dinner party
We will issue an initial invoice for a £20.00 deposit per guest payable within 7 days of booking confirmation. 21 days before your event, we will issue a further invoice for the remaining balance which will need to be paid 14 days before your event
Children over the age of 3 and under the age of 12 are charged at half the adult price. All children over the age of 12 are charged the full adult price.
We don’t charge for any travel within an hour of travel time of Levens Cumbria
The number of guests must be confirmed no later than 14 days before your event, after this time any decrease in numbers cannot be accepted and the full charge will be made.
