I can create a menu that is to meet the needs and requirements of specifications for your event.

Making a booking of a personal chef will bring the restaurant to you

Julian will prepare and cook for you in your own home or holiday let. Therefore, unlike in a restaurant where the chef/s cater for a large number of different groups of people, a personal chef is catering specifically for you, the customer who booked them, and your guests.

What do I offer?

I offer a unique & truly

special experience brought directly to your home or

holiday let.

I combine a personal chef hire service with fine dining restaurant quality cuisine, which is designed to be affordable, accessible & simple for you.

In my role of a private chef, I will take care of everything, such as purchasing the ingredients and preparing the dishes. Subsequently, I complete the plated service in your kitchen and I will tidy up the kitchen before leaving. This service allows you to entertain your friends or family, which has never been so simple and stress-free.

Thank you and your wife for providing for us a truly memorable occasion on Saturday last.
The meal was everything we hoped for and more; your presentation, attention to detail, accommodating the various prefernces of the children and young adults was, for us, outstanding. Every aspect of the meal was perfect - we couldn’t have asked for more.
Many, many thanks for helping to make our Golden Wedding celebration weekend one we shall always treasure.

Julian cooked a three course dinner for 11 guests at my hen do, plus canapés beforehand. Everything was absolutely perfect, the food choices all sounded delicious and there was something for everyone’s different tastes.

The food itself was unbelievable, such a delicious meal, everyone absolutely loved it! Each dish was beautifully presented, and tasted even better!! It was better than any top restaurant I have been to and in the comfort of your own accommodation, amazing!!

Julian was very professional and the service was excellent, there were no delays despite the size of the group, he explained each course while serving, and left the kitchen absolutely sparkling.

I hope we get to book him again, very very highly recommend!

I just wanted to reach out to say a huge thank you from us to you and your lovely family team for everything you did for us at

Bristowe Hill last Sunday! The food was simply perfect … More than we could have hoped for! We truly enjoyed every course.

Everything was just so delicious.

Right down to the special details, such as Liz serving us a board of vegan canapés just for the 2 of us, so we got to try everything, was so thoughtful, and we also really enjoyed the vegan cheeses in the evening! So thank you for sourcing these for us.

We’ve had all of our guests saying how delicious the food was, and it really did make our day extra special.

So a big thank you from the both of us for everything!!

Julian's catering is a 5 star service! Julian and Liz arrived punctually and brought everything they needed.

The cooking and table services were carried out very professionally and unobtrusively and the kitchen was left spotless.
We enjoyed 2 evenings of catered meals whilst staying in Grasmere to celebrate my birthday with 2 groups of friends.

We ordered from the Buttermere menu on the first night and from the Windermere menu on the second.

All dishes were beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked! 5 stars in every way!

Julian was very flexible when our party was reduced due to COVID, and he adjusted the menu at short notice.

The food was superb and every bit as good as a top class restaurant.
