This menu will be available between the 2nd - 23th December and 27th – 30th December


Maple glazed mini Cumberland sausage with a honey mustard dip

Ricotta and cranberry crostini 


Smooth chicken liver – white truffle butter - toasted thyme brioche – golden sultana puree – winter mixed cress.

Cartmel valley Smoked salmon – avocado – dill crème fraiche – ginger bread croutons – crispy capers.

Twice baked Black Dub blue soufflé – winter leaves – caramelised pecans nuts – apple vinaigrette
